Congratulations to Vignettes’ uber dealer - Joy, of the Vintage Rabbit for her special feature in the December issue of Romantic Homes Magazine. Showcased in their brand new section “Sites We Are Loving”, her blog was singled out from the millions out there as pure inspiration & for her “fantasical look at life in a down-the-rabbit-hole style.” What a perfect way of phrasing it! Her blog has developed an immense following & is always such an entertaining read on her latest discoveries, product lines, creations & adventures & she recently unveiled her fabulously fun “Vintage Rabbit Tours” on there! Joy knows all the hot spots & best kept secrets to take fellow bloggers on day trips to experience the best in antiquing, scrapping, flea marketing, vintage décor, gardening, lunching (pomegranate margaritas anyone?) & the list goes on & on for her to lead you to. All proceeds from this fabulous event are being donated to the Breast Cancer 3-day; a 60 mile walk over the course of 3 days sponsored by the Susan G. Koman For The Cure and National Philanthropic Trust, funding important breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment.

Vignettes is extremely proud to sponsor the most remarkable group of women who have united to go on this amazing walk/journey & raise funds for this worthy cause.

Candace, Jolee Jane (mon amie), Lauren, Felirose, Nathacia and Jay are all part of the team - “For The Love of Boobs” (is that a perfect name or what?!) and these gals are the most giving, loving, talented women, & beautiful inside & out, with an amazing purpose & they need your support!

“For the Love of Boobs” will have a booth at the vendor sale where you can purchase shirts, bracelets, pink ribbon cookies and cupcakes and most importantly, donate money for their walk.

TREASURE HUNTING EVENT THIS WEEKEND!

A fun & fabulous, annual fall event, the Ocean Beach Antique District’s Huge Storewide Sales Event is being held this weekend: Saturday, October 10 & Sunday, October 11 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. In addition on Saturday, there will be a huge parking lot sale in Newport Avenue Antique Center’s parking lot with vendors bringing in special sale merchandise just for this event.
It’s the perfect weekend to go treasure hunting & save & all the dealers at Vignettes’ have been stocking up with fabulous, irresistible items with big sales going on thru out the entire shop!
The Ocean Beach Antique District, located just 2 blocks from the ocean, with plenty of free parking & fabulous cafes & bistros, offers a full day of treasure hunting & this is one weekend you won’t want to miss!
