Vignettes is so pleased, honored & thrilled to celebrate our 15th anniversary in true Ooh La La style with an afternoon of Parisian magic showcasing the go-to gal of all things French, the one & only Miss Claudia Strasser.
As many of you know, years ago Miss Claudia fell in love with the Parisian way of life from her many visits abroad & opened a popular shop in New York’s East Village, The Paris Apartment, that epitomized the luxurious Parisian look. She then proceeded to write the ultimate book on it…The Paris Apartment & the rest is history! This book has been my Bible & inspiration since the beginning of this shop. She is also the voice of the Paris-inspired website & blog:

Maison et Objet Home Furnishings Show in Fall 2010.
She will be flying to Vignettes directly from Paris at the close of this show.
In addition, Claudia has just launched the first & only mobile phone guide to Paris Flea Markets, an iPhone app called “KEYS TO THE FLEAS” Paris which is an insiders guide for navigating the flea markets of Paris. The app is a wealth of information for buyers, decorators, Francophiles & fans of The Paris Apartment. (Isn't everyone?)

Sounds lovely! I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I have never read her book, but I will most definitely take a peek next time I come over! I hope to come to the grand event, but it may fall on my work Saturday..fingers crossed it doesn't!
