Parlez-Vous “Over-The-Top”?

Not since William and Kate’s lavish wedding last year has there been such a display of pomp, circumstance, jewels, finery and over the top outfits as yesterday at our wild “Queen For A Day” Valentine Soiree!

There was a magnificent visual feast served up everywhere you looked and the guests attending the soiree fit right in! Women seized the opportunity to get decked out and mingle amongst the fabulous settings that every dealer at Vignettes had lovingly created. And just when you thought you’d seen the most outrageous outfit ~ in walked another one!

All in all it was another one for the books ~ we had worked for months on this one, getting every little detail right and the icing on the gateau was hosting the lovely Meryl Schoenbaum, Executive Editor of Romantic Homes Magazine who so graciously spoke to every devoted follower and then signed copies of the February issue. (A very special issue for us as inside she had written a wonderful article in the 'Shopkeeping' section about Vignettes.)
